I recently placed a larger order with House of Sillage, including full-size fragrances, and my only concern was with the paid discovery samples. Based on the pricing, I expected the samples to be larger than they were, so I was disappointed when they arrived.
That said, I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly and professionally. While their policy does not allow refunds, they listened to my concerns and provided a store credit as a courtesy. I appreciate their willingness to work with me and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
The fragrances themselves are beautiful, luxurious, and unique. My suggestion to future customers is to carefully review sample sizes before purchasing. Overall, I appreciate the customer service experience and look forward to enjoying my House of Sillage fragrances.
